Lighthouse Legacies Quilt Show

The quilt show is now but a memory, but what a great memory! The attendance was great, the venue was great, the food was delicious, and most everybody had a wonderful attitude, despite the sauna-like temperatures. The quilts looked like jewels. It is a never-ending source of amazement to me how many talented quilters are in our guild!

The beautiful raffle quilt was won by Vernette Cairns. The Viewer's Choice was won by Mindy Skinner for her Wedding Quilt. And we all won because the show came off so well!

Thank you all for your support and volunteering. For the most part, chairing the show was a very positive experience. I'm sure our next show will be even more successful. ~ Thanks, Stevie Breit, show chair

Our next show will be 2009 and we will have a new quilt raffel by the end of 2008
